The laser adopts a narrow line-width DFB laser,combined with a high-performance current sweep hardware drive circuit,so that the laser keeps a narrow line-width,low noise,high performance and stable output.The laser scanning frequency can reach 100KHz,the optical sweep range is great than 10GHz,and the output power is greater than 100Mw.
