1. Operation Principle
The operating principle of 8-12 GHz power amplifiers is based on the amplification characteristics of electronic components. The core components are usually high-performance transistors or field effect tubes, and these electronic components can amplify the input signal according to its amplitude and phase. When an input signal is applied to the input of the power amplifier, the electronics amplify the signal according to the strength and frequency of the input signal and output the amplified signal to the load.
In order to realize efficient power amplification, 8-12 GHz power amplifiers usually adopt a multi-stage amplification structure, including an input stage, an intermediate stage and an output stage. The input stage is responsible for receiving and pre-processing the input signal, the intermediate stage further amplifies the signal, and the output stage is responsible for transmitting the amplified signal to the load. In addition, in order to reduce distortion and improve efficiency, the power amplifier will also use matching networks, negative feedback and other technical means.
